With more than 10 years experience in supporting and consulting to small business in the UK, Tom is one of London’s most sought after small business I.T. specialists. In 1999 Tom founded Lucidica, a Microsoft Gold Partner providing outsourced I.T. support, consulting and training to small businesses with 1-50 staff.
He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), has a Bachelor in War Studies from King’s College London and a Masters in Public Policy from University College London. .
His I.T. knowledge extends from Microsoft Server set up and configuration, website hosting & ecommerce, the best (and worst) backup and virus software, website and search engine optimisation – to technology products and hardware, and Apple products (in particular, the Apple Mac range). Tom’s ability to talk clients through complex and detailed technology problems and solutions means people understand their options and technology better and faster. He has personally trained many engineers and supported them through to becoming a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
